Return Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Exchanges are only accepted in the rare event that an item is received defective or incorrect. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Please note that all custom orders are non-exchangeable.
REFUND POLICY:
All sales are final and non-refundable. Exchanges are only accepted if an incorrect item has been shipped. Any exchange request must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accommodated.
