SHIPMENT:

For Formal orders

1. DELIVERY time within PAKISTAN will be around 2-3 weeks (10 -14 days) after the payment confirmation.
2. DELIVERY time for INTERNATIONAL Orders will be 4-5 weeks after the payment confirmation.
3. Most of our products are hand embroidered and hand stitched, therefore please keep considerate time factor before placing an order to avoid disappointments.
4. For International orders there can be unexpected delivery delays due to custom clearance or may be any undefined reason.

 

PLEASE NOTE 

1. The delay can further go up to 5-6 working days or more due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. We are not responsible for any kind of delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, therefore please order well advance in time to avoid delays.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

• Delivery charges may vary depending on the type of products ordered and the location you select and cannot be refunded.
• We take no responsibility if there are any additional charges in terms of custom or duties charged by local authorities / Governments (Out of Pakistan).
• The custom charges have to be borne by the customer.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page.
• On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates.
• Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated at the time of selecting the item.
• To reflect the policies of the courier companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
