EXCHANGE POLICY:
Exchanges are only accepted in the rare event that an item is received defective or incorrect. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Please note that all custom orders are non-exchangeable.


REFUND POLICY:
All sales are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges are only accepted if an incorrect item has been shipped. Any exchange request must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accommodated.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
